“I've lived here going on 4 months. No complaints! I read all the reviews and honestly was reluctant to move here. I couldn't be happier about my choice of apartments. I have had a couple of small issues and they were here to correct by days end. The staff office and grounds people are very friendly and efficient. Neighbors are great. I haven't lived in an apartment since I was very young, so new territory so to speak and I am satisfied all the way around. Maybe some of the bad reviews are for another reason.....Maybe ! ? !”

“Areli was very helpful today when we stopped by for information and a tour. My family lived at London Belle years ago, and had an overall good experience. The amount of improvements they have done over the years we were really impressed by. They even have a basketball and volleyball court, and it is zoned to great schools. The pricing is great here, as we are looking to move somewhere that works with our budget as well as our long term plans. Most importantly somewhere safe for my family and kids. Property was clean and well landscaped. I noticed new windows frames and lots of other updates. I am hoping to find our floor plan we desire closer to the time our lease ends.”

“I loved my time living here. I never had any issues! The buildings are a little older so with that does come some maintenance issues but they are always quick to respond and get everything taken care of! The office staff and the maintenance are amazing. I would strongly recommend- its been three years since i moved out and sometimes I wish I could move back in, my current staff sucks.”

“London Belle was the first apartments I've ever lived at, and I had a great experience living here. The office, and staff are nice. They reply quickly to maintenance service requests. No drama with any neighbors. The apartments are a little on the older side, but they keep it well maintained. Prices are very affordable. And what's best about these apartments, it's quiet neighborhood. You don't really find that anywhere. Recommend this place to everyone looking for a 1st time apartment.”
